Individual hotel rooms must be cancelled forty eight (48) hours prior to check in, after which a $75 cancellation fee shall be assessed. The check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and the checkout time is 11:00 a.m. (CDT).
Tribal Plan Training Location within Potawatomi
The training registration desk is located on the second level near the Serenity Ballroom. If you are coming from the hotel lobby, take the elevator to the 3rd floor and veer right – this will take you to Hotel Pre-function and the meeting registration desk will be to the right.
If you are coming from the parking structure: Take the skywalk into the casino and keep straight. Veer right at the rotunda area then keep straight towards the glass windows/doors. Once you go through the glass doors, you will be in the Hotel Pre-function. The Serenity Ballroom and registration area will be to the right.
